Costing

Keeping in mind the ever-increasing design, construction, and project management costs, we try to provide our Client with the most economical and reasonable costing structure while maintaining the quality of the job.

We have three (03) easy to understand pricing models that are all based on design-time-cost combination:

  • Fixed Cost Structure (Lump Sum)
  • Hourly Cost Structure
  • Monthly retainer ship

Fixed Cost Structure

Costing-2-380X253-New-22-330x230

Best for Clients who have their final design in place, this structure is based on fixed design-time-cost.

Project start, major deliverable, and end date are agreed upon before executing the job to avoid any miscommunication at a later stage. The client is responsible to provide final design parameters prior to the start of the project.

Hourly Cost Structure

Costing-2-380X253-New-22-330x230

Best for Clients who have design parameters changing (25-35%) during the project, this structure is based on variable design-time-cost.

The client is provided with an hourly cost for the job. Project start, major deliverable, and estimated end date are agreed upon before executing the job to avoid any miscommunication at a later stage. Initial design parameters are taken from the client’s design team prior to the start of the project.

During the project, design changes made by the Client are incorporated by the AEODC design team.

Monthly Retainership

Costing-3-380X253-New-22-330x230

Best for Clients who want to utilize AEODC resources on an ongoing basis as an extension of their own team without the overheads.

Client is provided with a fixed monthly fee depending on the number of resources and skill set required. There is no restriction on the amount of work that can be assigned to the resources provided important deadlines are communicated in advance. Design parameters can change during the project.
