Located in Miami, Florida, having a gross area of 449,000 SF, project includes a Residential (8 + Roof) and Garage (7 + Roof) Building. Residential building has retail on Level 1 followed by residential units starting from Level 1 till Level 8. On the other hand, Garage Building has parking spaces from Level 1 till Level 7, followed by a lavish Pool Deck on Level 8. Both the buildings are interconnected to provided safe passage to residents. Given remarkable track record of successfully delivering coordination projects and sheet preparation, AEODC was bought on board to deliver the defined scope with quick turnaround at LOD 350.
