Responsibilities

• Provide design recommendations that align with client vision, site specifics, and current architectural trends.
• Develop detailed architectural plans and layouts using BIM software’s – Revit and AutoCAD
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to revise and improve design model.
• Prepare accurate estimates regarding materials, costs, timelines, and construction resources.
• Collaborate with client architects, designers, and project teams to ensure BIM Models are per client expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and industry codes.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
