Located in the west coast of USA with approximate area of 94,000 SF, the 6-level assisted living housing involved construction of 90 apartments for low income senior citizens, with few units reserved for citizens with special needs. Winning LEED Gold, the designer bought AEODC on board to deliver the defined scope with quick turnaround at LOD 300.
